Located in Chicago, Goose Island Brewery was built in 1995 and has more than doubled in size since originally built. They offer tasty pints using 32 fermenters, over 15 different yeasts, state-of-the-art filters, centrifuges and a 50 barrel JV Northwest 5 vessel system that brews 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It turns out that making awesome brews is quite the science. Luckily their brewery facilities have all the equipment necessary to deliver results.

Pipeworks Brewery was established in Chicago in 2012 by two friends with a shared dream of crafting quality and creative beers. Since putting the first cap on the first bottle, the brewery has garnered accolades for its distinctive beers and original artwork thanks to a growing and enthusiastic team.

Half Acre Beer Co. has two breweries on the north side of Chicago. They brew classic american micro styles, weighted barrel offerings, and wyld beers that traverse the landscape of mixed fermentation. Their aim is to brew technically raw beer for the collective odyssey.

CH Distillery is a Chicago-based artisan spirits producer with an extensive portfolio including core and specialty spirits. The 50,000- square foot distillery sits on 2.5 acres complete with three grain silos holding 75 tons of organic Kane County grain, a barrel aging room, and a 50-foot-tall vodka distillation column. Handmade from organic Illinois grains and using only the finest ingredients, CH Distillery is Chicago’s hometown vodka.

Eris Brewery and Cider House, Chicago’s first cider taproom with a restaurant and private event space. Eris may even become better known for its ciders, which so far are lean, crisp and balanced. Operating within 14,000 square feet on two floors, Eris offers a half-dozen ciders and seven beers made on site. “There are 100 breweries in Chicago. What makes us different and mischievous? We threw an apple into the party and made a cider, too.”
